We do not order from Hydradyne often and our orders are often small but EVERY time our experience has been positive. The staff is always professional and helpful. And if they say they are going to call you back; they will call you back.

Good morning- this was our first time ordering from Hydradyne and it will not be our last. We worked with Mitch who was very helpful! He was very precise and his communication was great. It was a super easy transaction- spot on!

Very professional, quick response, knowledgeable about products.

When I had requested a quote, Rick Bowman, our sales Rep, wasn't sure about a part I needed. He came out and looked at the part in order to get the right part quoted for us. That is giving extra time and better service to your customer!

Occasionally lead times can be long, but in general they are very quick. Our representative is very quick to respond and friendly.

Can't recall his name at the moment, but the bearded guy who is usually at the counter (about 32yrs old) is terrific! He has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me out, and I sincerely appreciate it! He deserves recognition.

People! I cant remember the lady's name but she was there after hours to answer my call to place an order for a part I need. Part is already here to install during the holidays. Can't get better customer service than this. thank you!

Blake always does his very best to get us what we need, he will always answer phone when we call even if he is on vacation, and he will make something happen if at all possible. The little things like getting us what we need fast and it being the correct part when we get it means a lot.

Being honest and respectful and having integrity goes a long way, and Blake has all those types of qualities. I personally have been working with some of the guys at Hydradyne since the company was Gaines W Harrison and did work very close with Perry who is retired now.

Hydradyne does need to work on lead time and cost for cylinders from Parker, this has put us in a bind more than one time. If you have any questions for me, please call me on my cell Phone number removed.

From the time I first called to the time I received my product, the whole process was smooth. I wish Nicola worked for us. She is so easy to talk to and she understood exactly what I needed. We replaced a 25 year old unit and she sourced an exact replacement. It was the closest to a "plug and play" solution I've ever experienced. I can't thank her enough.

I recently needed help with airline tubing at my company and was helped out by Lori Jewell. Lori was able to provide pricing and inventory availability that same day. When picking up the item I was greeted professionally and was on my way back to work due to the quick service. Thanks a lot Lori and your Team.
