The wonderful customer service experience I have received in the local Greenville and Anderson locations have been great. Lori Jewell is a rock star when it comes to assisting the customer and helping work through the process of getting, they much needed part.

Ron is very knowledgeable when it comes to finding parts that we are not able to identify ourselves. Also, he is always on top of providing accurate leads time which is very helpful.

My Customer Service Rep is Geri McMenomy. I have done business with Geri a good many years, she is outstanding. She is professional, courteous, AND gets my inquiries and orders done in such a timely manner. She is the model of a Sales Associate.
Having said that, I know she has the backing of a really fine company. My orders ship with on time delivery.
