I am a maintenence tech at a local machine shop and when one of our pieces of equipment went down and I was getting very little to no support from the manufacturer your Greer facility stepped up in a huge way. I was able to get the machine repaired in a timely manner and put the piece of equipment back in service a full week before the manufacturer even offered any help.

Justin Pollack and the young men he sent were very accommodating for our project. We needed to swap out a 480V motor to a 120V on our pump in a hurry and they made it happen for us in a pinch.
