Been taking 2 to 3 weeks to get same part from another supplier. Hydradyne Charlotte shipped same day and received it the next day. Better service, price, and a lot less cost in freight charges. Great people to deal with. I will definitely purchase from

We have a dedicated CSR team that wants to make sure we're helping our customers with placing their orders and getting them the info they need to get the job done. Even if we don't have the answer they're seeking at that moment, then our CSR's will make sure to get that answer in a timely fashion and relay it back to the customer.

Mike mock is awesome best guy for the job and makes whatever needed happen everytime! The Columbus ga branch is awesome since Mike took over they absolutely never let us down at utilitech!

My Sales Associate, Geri McMenomy does a fantastic job. Always helpful, pleasant, AND gets requested information back promptly. She keeps me well informed as to what is taking place with my order. She is top notch, professional in every way. I wish I had 100 more vendors like her.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door the salesman was great to deal with, he checked to see if he had what I in stock he didn't then he checked other locations and found it, so I had him to overnight it. I need another seal the next day I called back they didn't carry that part the salesman told where to find it fast services great people to deal with.
