I'm from Hawaii and wasn't sure what location to call and took a chance with San Antonio. The service was just awesome. Although they didn't have all of what I needed they quoted me for the parts and freight charges and everything shipped from Dallas. I was not passed around which was great. Good Job!!

Very diligents with the order. It was miss-sent and called me to fix the error. A little bit expensive the shipping with no USPS option which would be less expensive in a flat rate priority box.

Two words "Shan O'connor". He has supported our engineering department in the development and troubleshooting of Parker products. He always makes time for us and never disappoints. He goes above and beyond expectations.

Great customer service in getting quotes and placing orders. I get notifications when parts ship. The only down side is that the invoices are not automated. i have to email customer service at the end of the month to get copies of my invoice/receipts. Sometimes it is a juggling act to try and match receipts to charges due to partial shipments. Other than that, not complaints.

Last PO i sent over was processed promptly, it's normally painful entering PO's with Hydradyne. Huge improvement in communication.
