I represent an Iowa Construction Equipment manufacture as a field sales and service person.

I was able to call and speak with knowledgeable staff that listened to my situation. Upon arrival they directed me to the repair shop. I was unloaded quickly and returned to the parts counter to see if other parts I needed were in stock. As quickly as I rattled off the part numbers, they were able to tell me if they were in stock. If they were not in stock, they worked with me to find suitable alternatives. They were great. Before all this was complete the service department had the hydraulic motor torn down and inspected. They also had replacement information for me knowing I would need a new motor as mine was unrepairable.

I can't say enough about how they went above and beyond. I can only hope my company portrays this same level of customer service to our clients.

Veronica went out of her way to find my part and get 2 parts overnighted including 1 Parker regulator that was backordered at Parker themselves. Commuicated the entire way through to make sure that the parts arrived to my home so that i could deliver to my customer Monday morning.

I made a call not knowing if I would find what I was looking for without having to make numerous calls. The distributor I was directed to in my area said they only had one but assured me that I would get them both about the same time. They were correct and parts arrived within a day of each other. Glad I was able to make the connection because they will be used for future needs.

Friendly, Fast service! Vanessa approached me and offered to assist in finding the correct fittings I was looking. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know that is looking for hoses, fittings and Filtration supplies to check here first.
