We had a downed piece of equipment. Called them looking for fittings, it was late in the day. They were willing to wait for us and stayed late looking for fittings to get our equipment back up and running. Made several special hoses to adapt our hydraulic pump to the machine that was down. the tech Martin went above and beyond my expectations to assist us with our issue. Great service, highly recommend them for any Hydraulic need.

The Maintenance Supervisor has been pleased with the quality and lead time of services thus far. The Office Manager appreciates the auto generated email notifications when an order's awaiting pickup by the shipping carrier. Receivables team also helpful and accommodating with e-invoice request made by our local Office Manager.

Promised the order was going to ship the same day. It did not. Pricing was excessive but I am aware. Giving a 9 rather than lower because Vanessa did all she could to help and I appreciate her efforts for that.

From the start of using Hydradyne, Juan and Raul from the Ft Lauderdale office have been exceptional in providing Paragon with exceptional service . They work endlessly to ensure we have all material to complete jobs on time. We are beyond grateful for their work ethic to ensure our success. They have now become our sole source distributor for the Florida yacht division and Virginia defense division !

I have been working with Mitch Crisp recently with several request for quotes and orders. He has been very responsive and quick to respond! He has been giving the best customer service and I feel your company as a whole has been this way.
