It was received in a very timely fashion and in the case of the several orders that I made recently, everything was shipped and handled perfectly. A great shop with ample inventory. A sharp looking storefront. Excellent customer service. Unparalleled repair capabilities. Cylinder repair capability is HUGE! From tear-down to machining, assembly, and testing they can handle the largest cylinders you will see in the recycling and oil and gas industry. The pump shop is amazing. They have 3 test stands and can test up to 500 HP. All with HMI controls, data acquisition and the ability to provide test reports. They obviously can handle any pump, motor and valve repair. I’ve never seen so many Gold Cup pumps in one place. Top-notch engineering department that uses Solidworks (my preferred 3D design software) to design unique innovative hydraulic power units and systems. Hydradyne is the Best of the best. I will be a Hydradyne customer for many years to come.
The service is beyond what I expected. We ordered, a hose and had delivered. It was delivered us with 2hrs after ordering. We greatly appreciate the service.
