Veronica went out of her way to find my part and get 2 parts overnighted including 1 Parker regulator that was backordered at Parker themselves. Commuicated the entire way through to make sure that the parts arrived to my home so that i could deliver to my customer Monday morning.

I made a call not knowing if I would find what I was looking for without having to make numerous calls. The distributor I was directed to in my area said they only had one but assured me that I would get them both about the same time. They were correct and parts arrived within a day of each other. Glad I was able to make the connection because they will be used for future needs.

Crystal is great to work with, however, Zinga needs to communicate better with their supplier, waiting for product that was supposedly stock over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Crystal has tried to contact them, however, don't seem to have luck getting to an actual person.
