Crystal is great to work with, however, Zinga needs to communicate better with their supplier, waiting for product that was supposedly stock over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Crystal has tried to contact them, however, don't seem to have luck getting to an actual person.

We wanted a special check valve and you were one off a few people that we could order it from. I realize it is a special order but it still took awhile. It is a pretty part.
