Every class is different and motivates me to do my best even when I’m thinking of having a ‘base’ day.
I get my heart rate right up and my running is improving..slightly..but improving.
The balance of the workout is just right. I am a long time OT member and I have never gotten bored because they keep the workouts fresh, the music pumping and the energy high.

It's really challenging but doable. Always different. Coaches are great and zero in on people with injuries to ensure the workout is being done correctly. the staff are also so friendly and know most members by name.

The workouts are challenging but achieveable. You can go at your own pace and push yourself to achieve better results. On the days where you are feeling of, you can take things easier. The coaches support you and make you feel comfortable. It's a space of 'no judgement' and that is rare in a gym.
