There’s so much I love about Orange Theory. Every work out is different, the coaching from the trainers is so motivating and the knowledge I have gained about my fitness through wearing a heart rate monitor makes orange theory a gym experience that is not like anything I have done before.

What I love about Orange Theory Fitness is the coaches, the community feel, the positive vibes, the cleanliness, the music, the equipment, and the timetable.

Each workout is different and never fails to be challenging! I always feel like I have achieved something after the class.
The community that exists at Orange Theory is lovely. I feel that it has suffered a little over the last few months with smaller classes but in saying that, the environment we live in has also changed.
I have really enjoyed the team workouts that have popped up recently on some of the templates - it would be nice to see more of them. The atmosphere they create is really fun!

The workouts are easy to customize for your level of fitness but it’s always a great workout. I wouldn’t work myself that hard on my own so its time well spent.

The coaches, music and the feel of getting through a workout as a team but at your own pace make a workout fun at orange. The variety in the workouts also keep it interesting and challenging. You do and achieve things you would never do in a gym on your own.
I like the variety you get from each workout, the heart rate monitor is a great tool to visualise how much effort you’re putting in so you can get the most out of each workout.
