The coaches are amazing (literally every single one of them). I go into every class knowing I’ll get exactly what I need out of it; whether it’s a hard push, an easier day, or training modifications doe injury.
Every workout is different and its an all body workout
I love that the format of the classes is constant - a balance of cardio and weight workouts - but that they are always different and varied. I have been attending classes at Orange Theory in Mosman for over 6 months now and I've had fantastic results with my fitness, strength, tone and overall wellbeing. The trainers are all absolutely awesome - really passionate, knowledgable and talented professionals.
The workouts get you fit and they are fun
I like that it’s only one hour long. Staff are friendly and supportive and there’s a great community of members.
Love the motivational aspect and the fact that not one day is ever the same! Also the great coaches and gym environment!

Trainers are great, the atmosphere in the gym is incredible, workouts work the entire body, leave feeling buggered but so much better.
The community within OTF is a bonus
That everything day is different. I also like that, it’s a full body workout where you can see the maximum effort that you’re putting in due to the different coloured categories and heart rate.
Staff are amazing! And workouts are never the same. I recommend orangetheory to whoever will listen to me.

I really enjoy the professionality and enthusiasm of the trainers. They really see you as an individual and correct you when necessary. I also like the state-of-the-art equipment and the fact that there are so many classes to choose from each day. Orange Theory has a real community feel which I also like.

The atmosphere
Love the energy of the staff at OT and the different work outs that leave you in such good shape! The only thing I would love to add to the schedule is a later class on Saturdays or Sundays (approx 11am).

I being able to turn up no matter what state my mind is in, do a workout where everyone is just competing against themselves but happy to help others, and not think about it because it works my whole body and changes everyday.
Great diversity in the workouts, always challenging but equally open to all fitness levels. SY OTF team is doing a great job with some amazing coaches and staff. I've been a member for more than 3 years, and I hope to stick around for another 3 to keep enjoying the studio!
