Best workout for women especially due to focus on shaping thighs and abs. The staff is always so friendly. The respect for social distancing and cleanliness during COVID has been terrific. Walking distance to my apartment doesn't hurt.

Instructors are great and a variety of class times are available. I always feel challenged and pushed enough to keep it very interesting while getting a total body workout
I love Lagree, but wish there were some more protocols around cleaning and COVID (mandatory sanitizer, temperature checks etc) that were visible to the clients

The class was challenging yet I didn’t leave feeling defeated. The class flowed well and the instructor was great about telling us how to modify moves to individualize the challenge level. The instructor and lady working the counter were very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged.

The consistency and intensity never fail to impress me. I have done approx 100 classes and never had a bad teacher. It's so nice that I can count on them showing up with such a positive approach to every single session.

As a total outsider, I was intimidated by the class. But the actual experience was the right combination of challenge and education. The instructor was extremely helpful and motivating, and the class flew by while I felt I got an excellent workout. The sign up process was very easy, and the pricing for the New Client package was very approachable.

Took Jill's 6:30 am class, 1st time on a reformer. She helped me with my posture and was patient with me walking me through the machine. Class was intense in the best way!!! I felt muscles I didn't know I had!!
