It was my first time and the instructor Erin was very friendly and helpful. She took me through the machine and provided guidance throughout the class. It was hard work but I liked the pace of the class—as soon as your ready to die from a move, it switches up!

Michael (instructor) has great workouts - very challenging, but with a nice playlist in the background, clear instructions and demonstrations when needed, and the 50 minute class flies by.
