I had my first Lagree class (ever) this past Friday, and honestly it was my instructor, Sydney, that made me enjoy the class a whole lot. I am still working at getting the moves and equipment right, but I enjoyed the space, atmosphere, and welcoming environment overall! Can’t wait for my future classes and to improve in my form and technique 🤗.
The classes are amazing and super challenging. The instructors are the BOMB and I always feel safe and comfortable when working out at Studio Lagree.
