Talented, friendly instructors, clean studio
I took the Tuesday morning 6:00 AM class and Snelly was an amazing instructor. She was very down to earth, accommodating and really made the class enjoyable - despite how hard the class was after slowly getting back into the workout scene, it was amazing! I am excited to attend more classes!

Location is great, I live two blocks away and have been coming more often because of the convenience. The class times are perfect for early mornings and early evenings. Love the instructors that teach at West Loop, they're the best ones and I'm glad that they've been on a good rotation of Michael, Mitchell and Gretchen.
I like the teacher and group setting. It motivates me to get in shape and challenge myself.

I am a loyal customer of Lagree. The instructors make this experience! Just a few thoughts:
- I appreciate when each instructor has music as we are walking in the class- setting the mood. Not everyone does this.
- I recognize there is some effort on social media to reward high engagement for those loyal customers, but would appreciate some intention on the Studio side to incentivize customers to bring in other customers. For example, bring a friend, get a free class. As well as some sort of a "buy 40 classes get 1 free". It does feel like a machine process- without a lot of "Customer recognition" for long tenure, long commitment etc.
- Is there an opportunity to leverage the merchandise more as a way to spread the word?
