I hadn't been to Studio Lagree in about 2 years. I went back yesterday and I'm hooked.....again. The studio is SO CLEAN. Reformers are safely spaced. The music is great -- just enough to keep your energy up, but not blasting techno at 8:00AM. The instructor was motivating, encouraging and always watching and constantly correcting your form -- for me, form is incredibly important, and I get really frustrated when instructors don't watch that, and they are simply there to call out the moves and count down the clock. Form is everything. The classes are as brutal as I remember (in the very best way). Today I am sore in places that I didn't even know I had muscles (again....in the very best way). Can't wait for my next class!
I like being able to do a killer, low-impact workout in a clean, non-crowded studio. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and motivating as well, which makes me want to keep coming back!

Jillian’s classes are amazing. Well thought out, difficult enough and she pays attention to you and the details (form). She is very motivating in her instruction. I know studio will always be clean and ready to go.
