My favorite part about the M3 fusion class is the fact that it is low impact but still very effective. The next day I’m sore from head to toe but I wasn’t bouncing around, damaging my joints, etc. I love this class!

I was intimidated and putting off trying it. Met Irina outside of the studio and took it as a sign to go. I had a blast! it was challenging but i left feeling strong and proud of myself. i will definitely be back!!!
Every staff member was so friendly, and called me by name. The woman at the front desk was lovely and the instructor was fantastic and so approachable.

This was my first ever reformer Pilates, and Katie was absolutely wonderful and nice, gave clear instructions! Although I loved the class very much, I’m not sure about the affordability!

I love the Sydney's class at King Street. Reminds me of the good ole days at Forest Hill where the majority of instructors were amazing. It's also much cleaner and well kept and evening classes are offered which is really good for me. Its a far distance for me to travel, FH is so much more convenient, however, you offer only one evening with a mediocre instructor and really there is only 1 1/2 amazing instructors there for me

i love the targeted workout but i do think the mode of instruction needs to be improved, you can't really tell when folks are moving from one movement to the next without looking around

It was my first time doing reformer Pilates and I found the class to be challenging but easy to follow along. Cleo was really helpful and didn’t make me feel out of place.
I find it’s a great workout! I love the low intensity of the workout!
