Great front desk staff and the best workout with Erin!
When my friend introduced me to Studio Lagree I was a little skeptical and did not think I would enjoy it. She specifically mentioned to join one of Sydney's classes and boy oh boy was it challenging but in the best way possible. I did not know my body could hurt the way it did the very next day. When they say it can humble you - it really can. I am already looking forward to my next class on Saturday!

Lagree is hands down the toughest, most rewarding workout I’ve ever done. The instructors are phenomenal. They know the method like the back of their hands. The smaller class sizes allow them to pay close attention to your form, ensuring you are going to get the most out of your class.

This is an excellent workout and we had a wonderful instructor yesterday. As someone who is very new to this kind of exercise though, my highest recommendation comes based on how helpful you’ve been to new people - the policy about coming in fifteen minutes early to get an overview of the machine and the way the instructors take the time to check on every person throughout the class - it just makes everything so much less daunting and it’s the difference between coming once vs wanting to come regularly. By comparison, at my first ever spin class I asked if the machines were intuitive and would I know how to set it up? The girls at the front desk said yes. They were so wrong and then I was stuck in a small dark room for an hour that I was literally trapped in because I could not get my shoes unlocked from the bike. It felt like actual torture and I injured my back and could barely walk for a few weeks. I’m still struggling with pain. So when I see at every class the attention on newcomers at lagree it makes me so reassured that you’re going to take care of us and that genuinely warms my heart even as I am put through an exercise program that makes me want to throw up from the exhaustion. In the very best way!
Love the instructors and intensity of the class
The staff is very kind. The instructors I had are very knowledgeable and sequencing was great. I felt challenged and supported with the energy throughout the classes I took.

Great classes, some instructors definitely better than others.
Also - their class packages are awful. They make no sense from a pricing perspective. Need better options and monthly membership options.
