I absolutely love this work out. I really like all the instructors, and I like that you get a different flavor of Lagree with each instructor so it makes the workout more varied. I do have some feedback.
First, it's very expensive. I'm currently doing this 3x week, which adds up quickly, and I'm not sure is sustainable. I wish there were a monthly membership model or something to lower the overall cost. Right now, I do the 20-class pack because the savings for a 50-class pack are not significant enough to warrant the upfront cash outlay.
My other piece of feedback is that the instructors are so, so great, but I have a few small pieces of feedback for them - Jeffrey is often a bit hard to hear over the music because he has a low voice. Mel does some really creative moves, which I really appreciate, but sometimes they can be difficult to execute, particularly trying to do table top on the back platform does not work for me. I'm tall, I don't fit, it's very uncomfortable. Otherwise, they are my two favorite instructors.
