I find Studio Lagree to be a very empowering and safe space. The instructors are very attentive and supportive, and the music is always on point. I've been doing Lagree for about 5 years now and its the longest I have stuck with one particular workout; I don't see myself tiring of it any time soon and I have recommended it to any one I know looking to get in a good workout in an environment that feels welcoming and not intimidating.

I like that the class is approachable for all levels of experience. The instructors are usually helpful at correcting form and provide modifications. I always feel great after a class!
