Love the studio and the classes. Best work out I've ever done, and it's transformed my body like nothing else. Love that the instructors are open to feedback and so willing to help and make adjustments. Katie, Jill, and Erin are fantastic!

I love the reformer machines. I’ve been looking for a Pilates studio with reformer machines in Vaughan for a long time! So happy I’ve finally found one. I’ll definitely be back. Great class!

amazing trainers... they make all the difference. Sad to see Sonoly leave training but so happy with Michaela, Rory, Brendan, and the usual trainers that I always go to!!!
