It was a really fun workout. Challenging but I was able to adjust based on my comfort level. I wish the instructor had done a bit of a better job demonstrating some exercises.
It’s the best 50 min workout I’ve ever found. While the megaformer seems intimidating at first, the instructors are always helpful and keep an eye on everyone’s form, correcting as needed. I’m always sore for days after one workout. In the best way.

I do miss the guided stretch at the end of the classes. Over the past few months I’ve noticed that teachers no longer do a stretch at the end. I did Laira’s class the other day and it was SO amazing that she did a guided stretch. Nobody does that anymore and it’s the best.

The facilities are great - always clean & well-organized.
Since we live out of town, we sometimes have to make changes to our schedule, etc. & we appreciate you guys always being very fair & reasonable with us!

The expertly instructed classes by Leila Ellen are a treat to both my mind and body. I come out muscles shaking and feeling accomplished. Awesome playlist too!
The teachers are great and they tend to get to know their students well. They like to correct my alignment and forms which is awesome because it helps me get a better workout and hopefully prevent injuries. And I just love the machines. Bathrooms are clean. The entire facility is kept clean which is what I would expect if I’m paying a premium for class packages.

best workout in the city! i have never felt stronger. The instructors are amazing. Special shout outs to Mikaela & Ashley, who make me get up for 6 a.m classes - and Michelle Pound is missed!
