The sales force was low key but very helpful.
Everyone that works at Alpin haus seems to genuinely love their job and actually care about the customer experience.
Great service department
Even though we purchased our grand design in another state, alpin haus made it very easy to bring it in for service. While fall camping, we discovered a strange burning plastic smell when we used the furnace. The more we used it the more it faded however, being new we wanted to make sure it wasn’t a problem. We made an appointment and wanted to wait while it was inspected. The technician (Matt) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained that this was not uncommon for some new campers. Made us feel more comfortable knowing nothing was burning or wrong with it. We had an 8 o’clock appointment and they were right on time and got us in and out.
People were nice and I did not feel pressure. We got a great deal as well. Heather was friendly and very knowledgeable about the trailers.
Every thing is great in what you do keep up the good work
i had three items to repair
after having my rb for 6 + weeks only one wad fixed
i was charges over 700$ to adjust the eyr on my tv becsuse the remote did not work iif you wete ywo far away
I made two 5 hr round trips and my vehecle was not ready
The service department is atrocious. I had an appointment scheduled for October 14, 2020. I dropped it off on Monday the 12th with a list of additional issues that needed to be addressed. On Tuesday the 13th I received a call from John who left a message asking that I call him back because the drop off envelope didn't match what was in the system. I called him back within a half hour and had to leave a message which I did stating that the additional items were things that had come up the prior weekend while we were camping. I asked that he call me back. He did not. I called two more times that week and a couple times early the following week and received no return calls. On Wednesday October 21st I received a phone call from Dave informing me that my appointment had been pushed back from the originally scheduled date and that they needed my key because the deadbolt was locked. I asked why the appointment was changed and he said he didn't know. He was supposed to find out why and get back to me but he hasn't. I told him I would be in the area over the weekend and would drop off the key. Plans changed and I mailed the key on Friday which was received on Saturday. On Monday Justin called me asking why I sent you the key so I explained. I received a call yesterday(not sure if it was Justin or someone else looking for the code for the control panel(I have provided this numerous times and should be in your system) We confirmed the list of items to be addressed and said they wanted to get it winterized first which made no sense since I was told the last time I had the unit in that they would need to take the holding tanks out to address the leaks. Today when I was updating my bank account I saw that Alpin Haus charged me $151 and change. The camper isn't even close to being ready and I did not authorize the charging of any amount to that account. It was my expectation(and still is) that I would be provided with an itemized invoice showing all work that had been completed and the charges incurred for the one item that is not under warranty. If I can find another service department who can handle the required annual inspection I will never take my camper back to you again. In addition to that I had an issue when I purchased the unit because you never paid off my old camper for over a month(I already addressed this with management). Charles and the ladies at reception are the only positives I have found about your organization and will be sure to share my feelings with anyone who asks.
Better communication with customers.
We absolutely love our trailer! It is beautiful and home away from home while we are traveling . The service at Alpine Haus has been amazing - from the sale to service. Everyone makes you feel very welcome like you’re family.
The people are knowledgeable and friendly
Very helpful and great service
Everything was great there. Mike did a great job of letting us see all the pieces that would be in our trailer. There wasn’t a rl2500 in stock but he had others that we could look at then make our decision. Great salesman, great guy.
Keith was another great guy to work with with the finances and paperwork.
Bets of all was Kevin who showed us the ins and out of the trailer and how to do everything with it. He was thorough and absolutely knew his stuff. Great guy to work with. I went from pretty much zero knowledge on everything trailer to having a huge understanding of all of the inner workings thanks to him. Really appreciated this guy.
Excellent communication, sales and service departments are very knowledgeable and helpful. Contact and good service way beyond the sale!
Prompt, courteous, professional service.
Service was very good and informative.
You are friendly and seem to know what you are doing.
Customer service is outstanding with with their communications to you with texts and email. Unlike previous years where either nobody answered the phone or wouldn't get back to you.
Alpin Haus is a great partner for all our travel trailer needs. They have a very professional and competent sales staff that continues to provide support after we drive away. The service team is first-class and does an awesome job getting us in and out. Plus they maintain a safe social distance and all personnel wear masks. We recommend Alpin Haus for anyone looking for an RV or travel trailer, and for all current owners who need a trusted sales support and service team.
I have asked your service department to correct a simple issue regarding the anniversary date of my purchase of a motorhome from AlpinHaus. This is causing confusion with Forever Warranty. I have not received a response.
the service department phone service isn't the best in the world. Nobody ever answers, and I've not been called when service has been completed.
I keep being told that I will get a call back, but I don’t. I’m being charged for servicing on the batteries when the issue was a draw on the batteries.
I have yet to use the loft bed because of a faulty power unit and this is a 2021 model.
Could update with suggestions on repairs. Maybe different resolutions of prices or advice for repairs?
We have always received great service at Alpin Haus Amsterdam and refer folks to you all the time.
Maybe when your selling a warranty to an older camper you should advise them that most things are not warranted!
I am happy with dealing with the service department there.
You don’t return phone calls, I’m still waiting
Let me know my camper was finished being serviced, I dropped it off on a Sunday, never heard anything, called on Friday afternoon to find out it was done.
Your employees are always so very nice and are very helpful. Your prices are fair and reasonable especially the winterizing and storage. Your service department was excellent. I am very glad to have met your company!
Works as our rv trailer needs for the seasonal services and others.
