My technician Derek was very polite and professional. I like to be involved with my service call. That means I walk around with my tech as he performs the service. I usually have questions and this is the best way to get answers.

This is my second time Having Terminix subscription. I had them 25 yrs ago for a terrible problem for 3+years. After a couple applications it subsided and soon after I never had an ant OR and bug - so eventually I did stop - and as of last year 2023 I had a terrible problem with Stink Bugs (gross). Thru a couple applications it sorta got under control ……or that’s what I thought - they have been back and taken care of the problem. I just had an application April 1 2024 and he did an exceptional job permiter, cellar 2 garages and I’m a very pleased customer.
Needless to say I would most certainly give a 10. The agent that has come to our home 2 out of 5 times is Outstanding. Thank you Terminix …… it’s good to be back. Linda W

Our technician William Greene is very thorough and at the same time personable. My husband is terminally ill, and Billy took a few moments of his busy schedule to greet him and provide some comforting words to him.
I also had a concern with a pending price increase and called customer service who promptly took care of the issue.

The extermination who came to my property name was Michael. He was very pleasant. He pay attention to what my property needs were and did a very good job. He is the only employee from your company who was finally able to knock down a wabs, nest that was on the trimming just below my backyard roof. I had brought this issue up several times and every time the previous person who was assigned to exterminate, always said that they did not have any tools that could reach it. I'm so happy that this time when I addressed it was taken care of. Thumbs up to Michael...Thank you
