I always felt listened to and had confidence in Terminex reps and products. Always good results. The latest rep, John Branscum, was extremely knowledgable, focused on my situation, eager to answer questions and to treat my problems in fine detail, and even took it on himself to dump two heavy containers of water for me. Very impressed.
The appointment was set for 1 to 3PM and he did come for at least an hour past that time nor did he call to say running late. Did not matter that day as we were home, but contact would have been nice. thanks
Fast effective response
I would like my house sprayed inside as well as outside. I'm guessing that the spray is more potent than I understand, so there may be some apprehension to spray inside. However, there are some bugs that keep coming in, which isn't comfortable to me. Otherwise, I think they all worked hard and tried to carry out their job very well. They are conscientious and determined to do a good job.
I have had good service with the company since I became a member. Service is number one as far as I'm concerned.

Our service person, Lincoln, always let me know when he’s coming and asked for specific issues that we may need assistance with he completes the job efficiently.
Our service tech, Shane, is a very reliable and understanding helper that always makes contact before servicing and is very flexible when we need to re-schedule. Very through spraying the problem areas that we mention to him.
