Allie, our technician, texted us the day before she arrived to confirm our appointment. We had her move the appointment to late afternoon. She arrived on time and we walked around our house as I identified concerns with bugs. She replaced the bug traps and added a few more in strategic locations. She was professional and completed the visit in a timely manner.
