I have been with Terminix since 2004 at my current address and 1998 at my previous address.There are many other pest control services around Metro Atlanta, but I have always been pleased with the very few roaches, spiders, and other insect critters that enter my homes. Mr Loudon serviced us for many years and was like a family member before his untimely passing. He is greatly missed.

Mr. Erick Roth has done an awesome job since. Thank you Erick.

On a different note...I received a notice that my rate will increase on May 1st, 2024. Please let me know if you can offer me a loyal customer discount that would keep it at or below what it is? If not, I may try a new service. Thank you again.

I was very pleased with my initial interaction with our technician and your reception staff on the phone. The first service visit went well and we saw improvement in our insect infestation and noticed the new rodent traps that had been placed. (The location is a cabin that is not occupied every day.) On the next service date the technician did not enter the building but only checked the outside rodent traps. I had to call and request a re-visit for insect treatment inside. Scheduling was full so the re-visit did not occur for three more weeks. As a result, the building was not in ideal condition for guests arriving in that time period.
I expect full service, inside and outside, each time we are due for a quarterly service call.

At one point I considered cancelling my subscription with Terminix and my service representative addressed my concerns. That was key to my continued service. Thank you for Jethro attending to my personal needs as a Disabled Veteran and retired Senior Citizen. I Salute Him.
