Both guys were very kind, respectful, polite, professional, and they actually took time to talk me through everything and explain everything to me about the treatment, and even gave me some advice on how to keep new carpenter bees out of my home in the future, as well. I was also very pleased with the way Kevin did everything I requested and also made sure that my animals were safe during treatment, as well. A+++ 100% happy with my first visit 😊. Thank you!!

Technicians like Ben Pascal serve as a great asset to Terminix. I have considered canceling my subscription/service, (to save money) -but its unlikely I'll find a better Pest control tech. He consistently provides All Star service, in communication and attention to detail. Thank you for your consistency Mr. Pascal!

Happy with service but there is an issue I want to bring up. I had the tech spray in an upstairs bathroom and basement for centipedes and the smell is overwhelming. It has not smelled like that in the past when we’ve had treatments. Maybe he used the outdoor or another spray? Only one chemical was listed in my account summary. I’m sure it’s not good to breathe in either. I will not have that done again but wanted to let you know it was concerning. Tried to wash the chemicals away but still smells.

Starting with Cody Williams he provided us with all the options available to us and educated us on all of those options so we could make the best decision for us,
Then with the set up crew for the tenting of our home Jonathan walked us through our home and was very patient with us about fixing a few things that we still had to do and even helped us finish up,
Then Hector with the crew that took the tent down was very patient with us walking us through our home and advising us what to do and not do now that we could move back in.
I would recommend Terminix to all my family and friends. You really have the best employees and service going for you. Keep up the good work!
