I love that we get an opportunity to perform, practice in a professional setting, and I adore the teachers along with the support they provide. Playing guitar at SOR is like no other guitar lesson I've had.

Great teachers, nice facility, great staff
My kids are so excited to go every week. It is upbeat and fun, they come out singing each time. Staff has been friendly and flexible helping each child find the class that fits them best.
The entire staff at school of rock Hinsdale does an outstanding job connecting with the kids, encouraging them and communicating with the parents.
The concept of live experiences, practical application of what is taught, and the constant focus on building confidence in School of Rock students are pure genius. I do not know of another program such as this and my daughter has grown exponentially as an entertainer in record time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My son's musical development has been so fun and satisfying to watch over the years under the tutelage of the talented and enthusiastic SOR staff. He loves to perform. As a parent, I love to go to the shows and watch these kids do what they love! it's inspiring! They are singing and playing their hearts out. I have been to countless non SOR school sponsored musical performances where many of the kids look like they are there under duress and the parents aren't exactly bursting with excitement either. The difference is remarkable! My son loves spending time at SOR and has made many friends. It's a fantastic program and worth the money!

We love SOR - Hinsdale! Our drummer began way back in Kindergarten Last name removed now as a 3rd grader is loving drums. It's definitely his preferred instrument Last name removed he plans to concentrate solely on it (next year - we've had him also play piano (2 yrs) Last name removed cello (1 yr)).
The staff is supportive Last name removed his instructors know how to find what makes him interested in learning. They are flexible Last name removed once he has practiced his songs with them, will work on new music he has chosen.

We are very happy with our daughter's Guitar Lessons. She is a teen just starting to play guitar, who was a little nervous at the beginning. Her confidence grows with every lesson. Her instructor is knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. She really enjoys her time at the School of Rock, and is reaping the benefits. We both strongly recommend he School of Rock - Elmhurst.
