Customer Testimonials
My son loves it!!
School of Rock is a really incredible place, full of wonderful staff and students. We decided to try it out for our son because he was feeling very isolated during the pandemic. The staff at School of Rock have amazing abilities when it comes to the performances they are able to elicit from the kids. I imagine that trying to coordinate a group of 10-17 year olds into a cohesive band must be akin to herding cats, but School of Rock clearly has some good tricks up their sleeve.
School of Rock has been the one positive, steady thing that has kept our son afloat during the pandemic. His experience there has greatly improved his self-confidence and we've seen a huge advancement of his abilities in less than a year.
School of Rock is a wonderful community of musicians that really know how to support and encourage kids. They meet kids on their level and work with what they've got.
Teachers, Kids, Staff ,Atmosphere. It's a great place to learn music and have fun.
Courtney L,
The kids learn so much. The teachers are so supportive. New friendships are made. Very positive experience.
I love that the kids play real venues and have very qualified teachers.
Rosie has really blossomed with the private lessons and group experiences. Thank you.
ROCK AND ROLLLLL
The positive support of the teachers, the confidence building, the teamwork the kids develop, the fast-paced learning. It has been an amazing experience!
Such an incredible outlet for teens looking to apply their musical talents. Also a great way for teens new to the area to meet and musically collaborate with other teens. The tangible goal of a performance and the companion private lessons provide both the motivation and support for young musicians to practice and up their game.
My daughter really likes her singing lessons. She has fun and has learned alot being in the metal band class. We look forward to seeing the showcase performances!
The front desk is amazingly friendly and resourceful. And I just love the energy and philosophy of SOR.
I love the structure that SOR provides -- weekly sessions, casting songs, and then a performance every few months. This combined with the instruction from Sean & Eve really keeps us moving and learning and takes out the politics of a garage band. I also really appreciate the SOR books and coordinates the gigs for us. That's huge! Lastly, it's just a great vibe and community. I'm glad to be a part of it.
The band members and getting to know them.

They are very engaging and my daughter has so much fun and learns a lot.
The teachers are incredible!
I love that you teach music based on a child's interest and make it so much fun! My son has SOR twice a week and just loves it. His teacher Eve is wonderful, and they are so creative together.
It is the BEST:)
We loved how the trial lesson was set up so that if we joined the instructor she had her lesson with was her weekly instructor!
The SOR team is great! Very hospitable!
Our kids have fun, and my son, who has been doing School of Rock for a couple years now, is doing amazing! My daughter just started lessons & Rock 101 this summer, and she's enjoying it too.
The energy/vibe. So positive, accepting, welcoming. My son, despite being by far the youngest, has always felt included. He loves coming to practice and feeds off of all the positive energy.
The lessons are immediately helpful and the performance group is really fun
The teachers are amazing and I love that they're using awesome music, teaching in a more gestalt way, while still teaching theory. It's more interesting and effective!
