WOW. What an amazing class! Raj's 90-minute hot class focusing on traditional hatha yoga, pranayama (breath work) and sadhana (guided meditation) was exactly what i needed on a Seattle winter night. Looking forward to taking more of these workshops in the future. Thanks to Dalton and Auz local studio management for coordinating.

Manu, our instructor was a 10 out of 10. Very well-rounded and accessible class. Manu was invested in every student in the room.
I noticed when I entered the room there was a background, pervasive body odor smell. I thought perhaps it was the person I was at first next to, so I moved my mat. This was not the case. The odor seemed to actually be coming from whatever ventilation or hvac system was operating in the room. It was an issue throughout the class. Not appealing to say the least and not in keeping with the updated and very well kept environment in the locker room and in the front reception area. Surprised about this.
You honored my pass & credit that I had bought PRE COVID, you’re clean & in many locations. And are within walking distance to my house!

It’s a great studio and the classes I’ve attended so far seems to be everything I need. I also particularly love the flexibility of timings because there are lot of classes to choose from on a daily basis. The teachers are also very friendly and the Belltown location is personally very convenient. The only thing I would request is a place to store your yoga mat for those coming in on a regular basis because it can be hassle carrying it every day if you’re coming in straight from work or if you have a heavy mat.

Capitol Hill is super clean and professional. The employees are excellent and bent over backwards to help me have a nice time. The clothing selection is great and the yoga room is well lit, clean, and temperature perfect.
