I love having so many time options for classes and variety of classes. Instructors are great and the facility is well taken care of.
I love the consistency, availability of classes, personality of the instructors, and sense of community that I’ve began to feel at the Ballard location! The instructors are overall fantastic. One of my favorite aspects is getting to clean the studio once a week for SET, allowing me a discounted membership & access to yoga which is typically very expensive. I take 4-5 classes a week, which has continued to ground me & provide a safe space to work out and center myself!
Studio was clean, prepped & streaming soothing music to relax to until class started. Justine, our instructor, greeted me as I arrived and was so sweet & welcoming. This was my 2nd time back so was a little nervous.
Justine is an awesome instructor! She explained the class, properly queued each move & offered modifications. Her playlist was pure fire - loved it! She was encouraging & added just the right amount of energy during the challenging parts.
I will definitely be back!
Love core power! But Wednesday schedule was not updated. Only issue ice ever had
I was pleasantly suprised with both my CPY experiences thus far. I have tried CPY in Boston, Austin, New York, Dallas, and Queen Anne in Seattle, and have truly disliked it every single time. Quite frankly, I hated the classes. But I really needed some yoga last week and decided to give Capitol Hill a try. I came in with no expectations, but can say with complete honesty that both Cheyenne and Joseph's classes were fantastic. I truly enjoyed both of them and would continue to attend their classes. I'd be open to trying other teachers at this studio, but I don't have high hopes.
Clean studio, challenging classes. But I really don’t love hot yoga.
The studio feels professional & efficient but still rather luxe.
I like the c1 and c1.5 classes!

Phoebe is amazing! She always has a clear way of explaining poses and provides helpful hands-on assist. She gives insightful and meaningful themes that stick with me for the rest of the week. I really appreciate her as an instructor and as a person.

I like that each teacher refers to you by name, always friendly, and welcomes any questions. They are always helpful and respectful of your abilities. I appreciate that each teacher brings their unique skills and shares intentions with the class.
