Location, nice staff and teachers
Great! I love Corepower here, less crowded than other studios. Given that it is less crowded, I think the heat could be turned up 2-3 degrees higher. I feel like I don't sweat as much in sculpt and C2 as I do in other studios with more people per class. Definitely will keep coming to this location!
Big studio space. Instructor (Lindsey C?) was great! I liked the way she led us in and out of poses. It was new and creative. Very enjoyable class.

Good workout. The instructor kept us moving but had good built in mini breaks. He presented good options to make the workout more challenging such as using weight. Also there was positive reinforcement

The energy, poses and teacher of our Core Power 2 class were excellent! It was definitely HOT in class but it felt good to practice again after so many years away. Lots of free parking too!
Manali was great, it's awesome that there's parking and the studio/locker room is always very clean. Would love to see the u district location open again

The Cap Hill studio is amazing. It is a clean, bright and welcoming environment and the instructions are wonderful. A huge bonus is the garage parking that is available, and most likely free since they validate your parking ticket for up to 2 hours. Can’t wait to take more classes.
I love love love the capitol hill studio - every teacher brings something different to the class, and I learn something new every time. This is a very skilled group of teachers who are also very approachable. Yoga has been in and out of my life over the last 20+ years and this is by far the most enjoyable studio I've attended. Perfect mix of fun and challenge and space to grow!
