Auz is an awesome instructor, I was lucky enough to be able to do a one on one class with her since no one else had signed up for the class that I did, and it was an amazing experience! She was knowledgeable, fun, approachable and wonderful to work with.

It's really great when the humidifier is on the whole class, because it keeps our feet from slipping on our mats/towels.

Kristen was very friendly when she greeted us and as an instructor make us feel very comfortable. The class was challenging, but not too challenging. I love all the different options and that classes are offered at different times all throughout the day.
