Yoga classes are consistent, studio is clean, staff friendly and nice variety of yoga wear and accessories.
I love the variety of classes u-district has added such as myofascial release, Ayurveda and C3! I also like when there are nuun tables available after class.

I love having so many time options for classes and variety of classes. Instructors are great and the facility is well taken care of.
I love the consistency, availability of classes, personality of the instructors, and sense of community that I’ve began to feel at the Ballard location! The instructors are overall fantastic. One of my favorite aspects is getting to clean the studio once a week for SET, allowing me a discounted membership & access to yoga which is typically very expensive. I take 4-5 classes a week, which has continued to ground me & provide a safe space to work out and center myself!
Studio was clean, prepped & streaming soothing music to relax to until class started. Justine, our instructor, greeted me as I arrived and was so sweet & welcoming. This was my 2nd time back so was a little nervous.
Justine is an awesome instructor! She explained the class, properly queued each move & offered modifications. Her playlist was pure fire - loved it! She was encouraging & added just the right amount of energy during the challenging parts.
I will definitely be back!
