Each instructor I have had for C2 classes maintains a good balance between work and mind-body balance. I appreciate that the focus on core is integrated into each movement, not just designated core work. I kike the length and pace of the classes.

Very well-managed studios. Choice of Level 1, 2, and Sculpt. Parking is provided nearby. Great aerobic workouts. Clean facility with showers. Instructors stay with proven sequence of exercises and poses Great for injury prevention - I have not had back issues since seriously adopting yoga over two years ago. Yay!!!

I love the teachers and the pace of the classes. In the past I've found other studios' classes to be too slow or quiet, so the music combined with the faster pace helps me stay focused. I particularly appreciate this pace because when it comes time for more reflective periods in the class I am able to find stillness and be present.
The instructors are very helpful and willing to work with every skill level. It's a very calming atmosphere too.
