Instructors stay with proven sequence of exercises and poses Great for injury prevention - I have not had back issues since seriously adopting yoga over two years ago. Yay!!!

I love the teachers and the pace of the classes. In the past I've found other studios' classes to be too slow or quiet, so the music combined with the faster pace helps me stay focused. I particularly appreciate this pace because when it comes time for more reflective periods in the class I am able to find stillness and be present.
I especially like Megan and the way she manages the Bellevue studio. She is kind and supportive, a great teacher and obviously a great leader of her team. The teachers are all wonderful, and the class environment is a joy. CorePower keeps me young.

The classes are challenging the teachers seem to genuinely enjoy themselves while they teach and I appreciate the consistency of the classes but also the fact that they are not exactly the same each time.
