I took a long break from going to studio due to the pandemic and it was so great to be back! I started going to CPY in 2006 when I lived in Denver and I have never had a bad experience at any CPY studio I’ve been to!

Ruth was INCREDIBLE. The class was amazing, a perfect mix of yoga, cardio, and weights. But also the energy was amazing and I left feeling so much better than I felt coming in!
Every studio I find Joe at feels like the yoga community home of Seattle and keeps me coming back. Not only that, he also teaches such great classes with a mix of core power modern yoga and traditional yoga creating a meaningful experience married with a great workout. I can tell that he inspires his staff to do the same.
