This is my first experience taking an actual yoga class, and it was great! Great instructor (Liz, I think) and everyone from the front desk to the patrons were very relaxed and non-judgmental. It can be rather intimidating trying something new, and CorePower did a great job at making me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!

The teachers are very helpful and friendly. They provide useful guidance both physically and mentally through excellently led classes and guided meditation.

I like the heated studios, but most of all the instructors. I like how personable they are. They are really in tune with the body to break down the poses for effective teaching. I like how intentional they are with the warm ups so to scaffold the larger elements in class.

The best part about grand Ave core power is the instructors. Kate C is a fantastic yogi and is always changing up her flow and classes, I really appreciate the effort, thought, and time she puts into her classes. Amelia is also another great instructor at grand, her energy is always fun and her classes are challenging yet rewarding.

Everyone is so friendly. It is a welcoming environment with no judgment. I am fairly new to yoga and am learning fast with the instructors.

I like class options at multiple centers within the Twin City Metro area. Classes include the vinyasa yoga 2 & 1, hot yoga. Core power should consider adding a Core Restore class as an option.
