Everything! CorePower yoga has transformed my life - physically, mentally, spiritually (in a sense), and emotionally. I am so grateful to have such an amazing studio near me and a true community to encourage and foster my practice. I intended to try CorePower Yoga for over a year, but never found the courage to take the leap. I then discovered the Groupon deal in September 2015 and that was the push I needed to begin. I did the one month unlimited plus the free week, and was hooked after only a few sessions. I then became a BlackTag member and try to practice 3-6 times a week. It has truly transformed my life and I couldn't be more satisfied with the studio (location, facilities, cleanliness), teachers (skilled instructors, kind, welcoming, and helpful), or classes (challenging, engaging, relaxing, amount offered and times offered!). I speak so highly of CPY and the Grand Ave studio in particular, and am constantly recruiting for it so that others (friends, family, and colleagues) have the opportunity for transformation as I have.

I am new to yoga and the staff was very helpful and welcoming! I found that the C1 class was easy to follow and perfectly met my yoga skill level and gave me tools to challenge myself!

I have never bought a product from CPY, but I love the classes. I take both C2 and Sculpt. I have not tried many of the other classes (other than 1 and 1.5). I definitely have favorite teachers and will go out of my way to attend their classes.

The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled teachers, the schedules generally fit my needs, and the space is like a second home to me. There is a clear effort to keep the environment clean, and management is approachable and responsive.

So many options for classes and class times. Heated studios are amazing and add so much to my practice. All of your yogis are professional and knowledgable.

My first introduction to Yoga was with CorePower. I work out 5 days a week at a boxing gym and realized after my 1st class that I have more muscles that I am not using. The class was fantastic. Upon arrival, everyone at the reception area was so welcoming and lively. The teacher was patient and offered techniques to help me adapt to the proper poses. Definitely will be returning for more classes and adapting it into my weekly routine. Namaste!

CorePower Yoga is set up to promote wellness in the community. I have always had a positive experience while there whether it be in a class, asking for tips/instruction or trying to plan out classes. The staff are motivated and very helpful, I leave feeling invigorated!

The instructors are all unique but qualified which makes each session great as I know the class will be challenging but not sterile or mundane.
