I love coming to core power to recenter myself. The studio is great and the people are super nice but I come mainly for Amelia! I have taken class from most teachers and she takes me on a special journey! I always leave feeling I have learned something and rejuvenated! She should teach every day!!

I love your Sculpt classes! I attended my first class last Sunday and was welcomed by multiple staff members. The class itself was very organized and worked every part of my body! I was sore for two days after, so I'd say it kicked my butt! I highly recommend corepower to anyone interested in getting a great workout and having fun while you're there. Thank you for such a great experience!

I love Corepower for many reasons. The yoga classes w the heat are consistently challenging and unique. I would like to see a C3 in the future but there are many other classes to challenge myself with. I did attend a Ryder class for the first time and was blown away. This is what I love about Corepower there is always some sort of class to challenge you in every way. Core conditioning is on my list to try but haven't yet. The variety offered is the same as a gym but the teachers are way better and more consistent. Thank you!!!!!
