The instructors are awesome, and the classes are a great workout!

I enjoyed the heated rooms and the spaciousness. The front desk people were very helpful and answered all my questions. The locker rooms and showers were just ok. I did however appreciate the shampoo and body lotion. The instructor was really good and engaging. I enjoyed the flow and the connection that she made between the yamas and the practice.

Excellent instructors and the facility on Grand Avenue is 'comfortable,' clean and well organized.

I like the range of class levels available and in general there are lots of options to choose from throughout the day and evening.

Friendly staff

I love the classes! Because I am a runner, this has been a great way to change up my workout and it really challenges me.

It's very clean and well-run and I like the heated room. The Grand Avenue - St. Paul studio is a couple of blocks from my house. Also, the staff is super-welcoming of new people.

Nice studio great teachers

I really liked how nice everyone was at the check-in desk and how the teachers explained and demonstrated the poses for the C1 class really well. And your locker rooms are super nice!
