I really enjoy the accommodation and welcoming nature of corepower yoga! I always feel like the workout i endure is completely beneficial to my mind and body. A lot of workouts I have done in the past do not seem worth the battle, but I love coming to corepower! It envigorates my mind and I feel a noticeable change in my body after every workout!

I am a Black Tag member of CPY and already very loyal to the company in general. I like that the CPY St. Paul studio offers a late class on Saturday and has challenging but compassionate instructors. The instructor, Tom also did a fabulous job with his class yesterday. I really enjoyed his rhetoric, "expectations are resentments under construction." This really resonated with me in various aspects of my life and yoga journey. Tom's Vinyasa sequence was also beautiful and unique. I thoroughly enjoyed my practice last night. Great instructor, facility, and products.

I love the staff and the classes. I love learning new things in every class and trying new things with the teachers right by my side helping. I love the use of essential oils in class and the bright personalities the instructors have. Kate and Sara make Friday mornings amazing and they really help end my week with a smile on my face.

Variety

So far, I have only taken two classes. I met Kate C. and Liz . While both were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I felt Liz went the extra mile for me, made me feel comfortable, gave me me tips and I appreciated her enthusiasm!

I love Corepower!! The only suggestion I have is to end on time. I feel like I am always getting out 5 minutes after the scheduled time. I know it's not much but usually I've got to get somewhere. I do sometimes leave early and I appreciate the teachers not making a big deal about it.

The instructors are great and the studios are very nice. I always enjoyed taking classes, as they were amazing and fun workouts.

There are a variety of classes all day long. I can almost always find a class if I'm in the mood for yoga.
