As a teacher, I need to budget the number of times I can attend core power in a week. While I appreciate the educator's discount, I can still really only afford 1 or 2 visits per week.

The staff is so friendly here, and willing to answer any questions that I have. My favorite class is C2, and I can really see my yoga practice improving weekly.

Like: enthusiastic instructors, a great workout, decent rooms, a lot of options in terms of classes and times they are offered.

Could be better?

a little more consistency i.e some CP2 classes are super hot, others are less hot. I prefer the middle vs either end of the spectrum.

More warming up of shoulders, jumping right into down dogs can be tough on the shoulders without warming up some.

Less focus on becoming better psychologically. I have learned which instructors tend to do that more but then I miss certain classes / times where it would be more convenient for me. What some instructors don't understand is that just being there and clearing our minds for an hour is a wonderful break that brings more peace and mindfulness...

Seems like there are fewer 1.5 classes now. Are you weaning them out?

I've been a member with CPY for about 3 years now and consider it my spirit animal, along with my second home. From sculpt to C2, I feel refreshed, energized and ready to take on my day!

Variety of classes & schedules, as well as highly trained instructors with experience who care about their students & their practice. A clean, positive environment, easy parking & quality locker rooms are a must too. Thank u!
