Not only is she a great instructor but she was so kind to everyone in the studio. I come to St Paul for business and I will come back next time I'm in town. Great instructors

I really like the philosophy that was discussed during the yoga practice I participated in. Really helped me to connect with the practice and myself that was supportive and affirmative to my intuitive feelings.

I have great relationships with many of the instructors whose classes I frequent. I love the variety of paces and exercises which is why I chose to become a member myself.

Your yoga teachers are amazing!! So personable and caring and they know their yoga!!
no matter your age or gender, everyone feels welcome and part of a family at St Paul Grand.

The instructors are willing to adjust you and provide feedback intended for your improvement in your yoga practice. I come to class with a busy mind and leave class relaxed.

The teachers at the Grand Ave studio are the best of any studio! Kate C., Kim F., Sophie, Emily Bla, Amy K., Amelia and Sara are the best Core Power has to lead and teach! Besides these teachers the rest of the teaching staff are also very good. My only issue with Grand is sometimes trying to choose between two excellent teachers scheduled at or near the same time!

I like the towels they could be softer. The instructor's are the best.

Great instructors, clean spaces, I like the heat, and the schedule cannot be beat (there's no excuse for not making it to class). :)

I continue to come to CPY due to the true sense of community This studio particularly remains an atmospheres of acceptance and nonjudgement. I see new members and treasure observing how they are coached as novices in their practice just as I am as a member who continues to practice and learn. I not only am guided in practice, yet parallel to that, I am led on a journey of spirituality and enlightenment. I am grateful to all of the dedicated teachers. They are tremendous guides and they touch the hearts of so many! Namaste 🙏🏻

C2 is just a great mind / body class. I look forward to it weekly.

I looove the teachers! (Especially Jen, Kate C., Sarah Eld, Kim F., and Amelia. I'm sure there are many other great teachers, but these ladies are the ones I most often take class from, based on my schedule.) I truly feel CorePower has been a gift in my life.

Difficult, but motivating class.

Honestly, I have never been too interested in yoga.. but decided to try it with a friend for a week and wow, I LOVE it! And am totally addicted. The yoga instructors made my first yoga experience so much fun and I'm looking forward to becoming a member!

I enjoy everything about the Grand location. Everything. The studio, the instructors, the other students, the classes. It's always a good experience every time.

C1.5 is a great workout and teaches fundamentals. Perfect mix.

I liked how well the class was taught. The amenities at Core Power were very nice as well.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming to new yogi's.

The teachers are great. There are many I have not met, but I have loved Amelia, Kate C., Kathy B, Jen, Jen P, and Sasha's classes, and try to get to at least some of them every week. They're like workout + mindfulness + little dose of therapy combined :)
