It's an interesting registration process (students aren't able to register online for classes ahead of time), but I understand this is how it's done here and I think it'll actually make me go (strangely enough). Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see anywhere on the site that registration and class sign-up are done exclusively in person. I think it should be much clearer.

Great location for many of my foggy bottom friends and students. Wonderful 1-week trial for students so my friends can test out. I also have many recent alumni graduate friends who would like to try it out before committing to Corepower-- perhaps a similar package or free trial class for them to test out would convince these friends to join!

Classes are very well done. Instructors are very motivational and really know how to push you properly.

Staff are receptive to feedback, classes are organized thoughtfully, and everyone is very professional.

I like the number of classes offered and the flexible schedule. I find the studios to be clean and inviting, and the staff always very pleasant and helpful.

The classes are consistent and you always know you are going to get a good workout in a fun environment.

All the instructors have been great and I've left every class feeling great. The cost is a bit high though.

Fun way of getting in shape

I love sculpt! There's nothing else like it in DC. It's so much fun and a fantastic workout. The instructors are full of energy and positive energy.

Your yoga instructors are the best. The facilities are nice and clean. The schedule of classes gives us flexibility and convenience.

Great classes, great space, great people

Everyone is friendly and professional; the studios and locker rooms are very clean; there is a discount for students; I enjoy the workouts.

I enjoy the sculpt and the C2 classes. I love the chance to leave the rest of my day behind and focus on myself for an hour. I always leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed.

Laura S. is a great yoga instructor. She is energetic and motivating to her students. I attended her Oct. 31 sculpt session. It was co-taught with Eleni. I found the 2-instructor format useful. Laura S. led the class while Eleni made hands-on adjustments. I would highly recommend applying that format to other classes at CPY.

The studio is nice, clean and modern.

Consistency, cleaniness, and care! We started on time, the temperature of the studio was perfect. It was a great flow class and it felt very focused. I like the vibe at this studio and plan on going back often. The great selection of merchandise is also great.

Upbeat fun but also makes you work hard

Variety is key and I feel core power has something for everyone.

There is definitely a great spirit of excellence that comes through all the classes and the environment at corepower. But at the same time there is great encouragement for all students to improve and challenge themselves without fear of embarrassment or failure. Teachers are also encouraged to play to their strengths so there is a good variety, yet with consistently good quality.

My mother is a yoga instructor but for five years I refused to go to yoga with her. I'm a runner, I hate exercise classes and working out in front of people, and I'm not flexible. However, at the beginning of the year I was really stressed out, and when my friend told me she was going to a CP1 class that night and that I could get a free week, I decided to give it a try. I was hooked and immediately bought a month membership. I love CorePower because there are classes scheduled throughout the day, there is variety in the classes, and the people are so nice! As a student, it is amazing to be able to go to both early morning and late night classes. The flexibility is amazing. I also love the class variety. I love going to sculpt one day and getting a REAL workout, then CP1 or 2 another day. I feel like there's always something new to try - I just tried Hot Power Fusion last night and LOVED it! I really love sculpt because I have never been good at working out at a gym - I hate feeling like people are watching me. Sculpt is fun, super difficult, and an amazing full-body workout that combines everything I want...yoga, cardio, and strength training. What's not to love? At the same time, I can go to another class and really unwind, de-stress, and focus on my yoga practice. CorePower has it all. Lastly, the people are so nice. I'm not very good at yoga and what I didn't like about other studios was either they wouldn't help me improve my posture or they would be a little bit rude and call me out about it. I really feel comfortable with these instructors! Everyone makes an effort to know your name, to help you improve, and to make sure you have an amazing experience. I could not love CorePower more. Suddenly, I love yoga!

As both a Teacher and Student at Corepower Yoga, I absolutely love the fun culture and inviting members each time I am there whether to teach or to take class. If I have had a long day at work or just want to see some good friends, I head to the studio because i know it will be a really good time!
