Great studio and instructor. Heat was cranking.
Merari is the best instructor coupled with Karen then Olivia. It’s the best managed studio, hands down. Merari is the ONLY instructor in the DMV that does not allow cell phones in the studio. Thank God. I actually moved across the city to make sure I could attend her HPF classes.

Very friendly welcome when I walked in. The same person was our instructor for the class. I've been doing yoga since the 70's, in DC, Vermont, Mexico and India. She was as good as many of the best. Thank you all for making yoga so accessible in DC. I'm not sure I'll get up to Yoga 2 level because of the heat, but love seeing all the younger people enjoy it.

great studio, i wish there was working heat and humidity in both studios. the new towels are a great plus, new mats would make the world of a difference. the current mats are very worn and often have a bad smell you cannot get out of them
