I liked the energy in the classes, as well as the very nice facilities that you have.

You can just show up to class and not have to book before. Based on the classes I have taken the instructors are all different and you feel great after

I love the energy of each class. I love that there is a focus on you and regardless of the fitness level of the person next to you there is no comparison of students. I have thoroughly enjoyed my free week and plan to continue to attend Corepower classes. I would highly recommend Corepower to friends and family. As an avid runner who is injured it was the perfect cross training workout and has shown me that there are more ways to exercise outside of running.

The studio was very spacious and clean and the class was challenging, fun and relaxing.

I love the different style of classes offered, from relaxing yoga to intense workout infused yoga.

I think CorePower has a phenomenal blend of yoga, pilates and cardio. Not to mention the benefits of the heat during the winter.I've already referred several friends to you, and I will continue sending more.

Literally everything. The energy, the atmosphere, it's amazing and so much fun and SUCH a good workout!!

I loved the high energy instructors! I also liked instructor's who were not as high energy but gave a focused and controlled workout (sculpt). I used to go to the 6am sculpt classes but they weren't as good as the evening classes. I would prefer to have wonderful sculpt classes both morning and evening. My one suggestion is making sure there is an amazing upbeat playlist for 6am sculpters so that we won't fall asleep during the workout!

I love the friendly staff and the studio! Even though I live in Virginia, I'm willing to drive to DC to get my zen on.
