it's super clean and you can go at your own pace. i hate it when yoga instructors yell at me to keep a pose. i feel like that defeats the purpose of yoga. Laura was awesome yesterday!

Motivating instructors, clean facilities

The sculpt class is a great workout and I really like the studio. The only bad thing is that the classes are often overcrowded and it's difficult to find a free locker in the women's locker room at Georgetown.

Fun and different way to work out- keeps me motivated and engages different muscle groups!

I LOVE CorePower Georgetown. I have never felt more comfortable and at home at a fitness or yoga studio. Each of your instructors is excellent, making every student feel special and similarly deepening my spiritual connection to my yoga practice. I repeatedly tell my friends "If CPY was a cult, I would join" because I love it so much.

My favorite classes have been Laura, Sarah O, and Deborah's Hot Power Fusion as well as Derrick and Lauren J's sculpt classes.

I only wish I was more talented with my yoga practice so I could be a part of your team! Keep up the great work.

Been to many corepowers in different states and georgetown is the best. At the orgaization wide level a few improvements need to be made. It is completely unacceptable to charge people who pay for a monthly membership for towels (seriously?) and for mats when visiting different studios. This complaint has been voiced to managers of studios in three different states, and I have never gotten any feedback from anyone on it. It's borderline offensive and makes you look like a corporate mess. Please address, you guys are better than that.

I love CorePower! I've been coming to the Georgetown studio for 1.5 years now, and occasionally Glover Park. I love the positive energy and enthusiasm from the teachers, who are all really wonderful and inspiring teachers.

I predominantly go to sculpt classes. I love that sculpt is different with every instructor and that it is different from class to class. Sculpt makes me feel amazing. After going to a sculpt class, my whole body feels more toned, I stand up straighter and I eat healthier. I look forward to going to sculpt classes each time and never regret when I go. I feel pushed to my limits and encouraged in doing so. I like when the instructors

The only thing that I don't totally like about some sculpt classes is that sometimes some of the instructors choose music that is more subdue or calm. When I go to a sculpt class, I want to be pumped up and feel encouraged that gets you through the rigorous class; I believe that the music is a huge part of that. The music should make you want to keep going and give you energy to do so. My only complaint is when I go to a sculpt class is the music is so calm and slow that it makes it difficult to push through during the tough parts of the class because the music changes the mood.

The instructors whose classes I attend are very personable. Their enthusiasm for their students and toward yoga is palpable and it energizes my practice.
